I believe in paying forward everything I’ve learned, creating better processes, and helping loan officers build successful careers — even if that eventually means launching brokerages of their own.

With years of experience in the mortgage industry, Ruben brings extensive knowledge, professionalism, and a client-first approach to every transaction. He understands how to navigate the lending process, identify the right financing solutions, and guide clients and partners confidently from pre-approval through closing.

Lucia helps keep every loan moving smoothly from application to closing. She works directly with clients to collect required documentation, coordinate outstanding items, and keep everyone informed throughout the process — making the path to closing as organized, efficient, and stress-free as possible.
